We all have one and last time I checked, we were all entitled to one. However, there is a time and a place for everything. Unfortunately, your place of employment is not always one of them.
Apparently our maintenance man was called "white trash" be someone in my office because he has a few tattoos. He was visibly offended and quick to point out "I'm not a drunk, I'm not violent, I don't do drugs & I've never been arrested".
With that said, people should remember to keep their opinions to themselves. Honestly, nobody wants to hear what you do or don't think or what you view as right/wrong. We were all here equally. I don't care where you've been, where you are going, who your family is, how much money you make - it doesn't make you any greater than anybody else.
Damn...and you consider yourself a God-fearing, Bible-following Christian? Then practice what you preach.
